Dr. Reich currently is a partner at the Dermatologikum Hamburg and Medical Director of SCIderm GmbH, a centre for clinical trials, scientific research, pharmacoeconomic analyses, and consulting in dermatology. He is the former Vice Director of the Department of Dermatology, Georg-August-University Göttingen.
Professor Reich studied German philology, Philosophy and Medicine at the Albert-Ludwigs-University, Freiburg im Breisgau. In addition, he studied Medicine at the Technical University Munich. Dr. Reich’s clinical and scientific education took place at Universities of Munich, Bern, London, Tübingen, and Göttingen, as well as the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School, Boston, and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, USA.
Professor Dr. Reich’s main clinical and scientific focus is on Inflammatory Dermatoses, Autoimmune Diseases, Allergology and Photobiology. Dr. Reich has published more than 60 publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
Professor Reich is the winner of the Herxheimer Price of the German Society of Allergology and Clinical Immunology.
